DESCRIPTION:By the power vested in me as Grand Worthy Matron of the Royal Grand Chapter\, OES-PHA\, I declare February 19-22\, 2026 as the dates of the 141st Annual Grand Chapter Session to be held at the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge\, Masonic Temple – 2906 East Harding Avenue\, Pine Bluff\, AR 71601. \nAll OES Grand Chapter Elected\, Appointed Officers\, Local OES Officers and members are to register and be a part of our Annual Session. Registration is due in the OES office no later than January 27\, 2026 4:30 p.m. \nDress Attire:\nALL WHITE – not off white nor winter white\, white gloves\, white hose\, and white shoes. White dressy boots are acceptable. OES Full Regalia. Dresses are to be mid-calf or ankle length. No head bands or hats during the meeting. \nDresses should be below the knees when standing or sitting\, no splits in the front or high splits in the back. Sisters\, please dress properly: The Warders and Marshals will be prepared to discreetly ask you not to enter the OES Chapter Room if you are improperly dressed. \nAny considerations to the dress attire must be addressed with the Deputy Grand Matron Annie Durr prior to the opening of the Session.
