DESCRIPTION:Click here to view the workshop agenda. \nStatewide OES Workshop – June 22\, 2019 at the Masonic Temple in Pine Bluff.  The registration will begin at 7:45 a.m. The meeting will begin at 9:00 am and end around 4 pm.  Workshop fee is $5.00 per individual. \nPre-Registration: Local Chapter Worthy Matrons\, Associate Matrons\, Conductresses\, Associate Conductresses\, Secretaries\, and Treasurers must pre-register for this workshop.  The Pre-registration form will be mailed to the Worthy Matron by May 1st.  The form must be returned before June 7\, 2019.  Forms returned after then must be accompanied with a $10.00 registration fee. \nDress Wear:  OES T-shirts are to be worn with skirt or pants.  NO jeans\, skinny pants\, leggings\, or spandex fabric pants. \nItems to Bring:  Bible\, Policy and Procedural Manual\, Bylaw\, and Ritual. \nRegistration Committee:  Claudace Staples\, Sonya H. Hall\, Jacqueline Moragne\, Frankie Johnson\, Teresa Jones\, Maurion Walton\, Jacqueline Dawkins\, Patricia Freeman\, Debra Gibson. \nNew Members Class will be held by Deputy Grand Matron Brenda Barnes and Grand Associate Patron Alvin Flenory.  All new members are expected to attend. This will take place at the state capitol in Little Rock\, Arkansas. The time hasn’t been confirmed yet but I wanted to give due and timely notice to the members. As Grand Master\, I’m asking that you please try to be present at this memorable occasion. The more men and women of this jurisdiction we can get there the better. We all will wear our full regalia onto the floor of the state capitol. I’m asking you to please let’s show up in numbers. Thanking you in advance. We are attempting to revise our license tags for our vehicles thanks to the efforts of our Arkansas State Representatives and others who supports House Bill 1211. I’m praying that this Bill will pass.
