ALL LOCAL CHAPTERS MUST REGISTER FOR GRAND CHAPTER SESSION. THERE IS NO EXCEPTION REGARDLESS OF THE SIZE OF THE MEMBERSHIP. This registration will cover the admittance of the Worthy Matron to the meeting. If an emergency occurs and the Worthy Matron cannot attend, the associate matron can use her registration.
