Statewide OES Workshop – June 22, 2019 at the Masonic Temple in Pine Bluff. The registration will begin at 7:45 a.m. The meeting will begin at 9:00 am and end around 4 pm. Workshop fee is $5.00 per individual.
Pre-Registration: Local Chapter Worthy Matrons, Associate Matrons, Conductresses, Associate Conductresses, Secretaries, and Treasurers must pre-register for this workshop. The Pre-registration form will be mailed to the Worthy Matron by May 1st. The form must be returned before June 7, 2019. Forms returned after then must be accompanied with a $10.00 registration fee.
Dress Wear: OES T-shirts are to be worn with skirt or pants. NO jeans, skinny pants, leggings, or spandex fabric pants.
Items to Bring: Bible, Policy and Procedural Manual, Bylaw, and Ritual.

New Members Class will be held by Deputy Grand Matron Brenda Barnes and Grand Associate Patron Alvin Flenory. All new members are expected to attend. The class will be held immediately after lunch.
