2026 Royal Grand Chapter Scholarship Order of the Eastern Star – PHA (Arkansas Scholarship Opportunities:

We are proud to announce our annual scholarship applications. Reclaiming our mission means investing in the education of our youth and supporting the scholars within our communities.
No Affiliation Required: The applicant does not need to be a member of the OES, nor do they need to have a relative who is an OES member or a Mason. This Scholarship serves the entire community

The applicants must live in Arkansas, but does not have to attend school in Arkansas. If you have not received a copy of the application, contact your Worthy Matron or Deputy.

• • College Students: Three (3) $700.00 scholarships for students currently enrolled in a higher education institution.
  • High School Seniors: Two (2) $700.00 scholarships for students graduating this May.
