By the power vested in me as Grand Worthy Matron of the Royal Chapter, OES, PHA, I declare February 22-24, 2024, as the dates of the 139th Grand Chapter Session.  All local chapters and officers, and grand chapter elected and appointed officers are to register for the conference. Day 1 Session at the Masonic Temple: 7:30pm - Registration 8:30am - 3:30pm - Official Business Session Attire: All white with full regalia 7:00pm - C.N. Toney Trustee Banquet (Masonic Temple Banquet Hall) Attire: Semi-Formal to Formal evening wear *Tickets must be purchased with your registration. No tickets will be sold at the door.
