By the power vested in me as Grand Worthy Matron of the Royal Chapter, OES, PHA, I declare February 22-24, 2024, as the dates of the 139th Grand Chapter Session.  All local chapters and officers, and grand chapter elected and appointed officers are to register for the conference. Memorial Service will be held on Thursday night starting at 7:00 p.m. in the Banquet Hall-Masonic Temple.  This event is open to the public.  Invite family and friends. Attire:  All white with white prayer cap and full regalia.

Day 1 Session at the Masonic Temple: 7:30pm - Registration 8:30am - 3:30pm - Official Business Session Attire: All white with full regalia 7:00pm - C.N.
